An open-air oasis situated on the southwest corner of Sample Road and North University Drive. This mixed-use development will include a full-service hotel, luxury rental apartments, and shopping, and dining experiences. 

Modera Coral Springs 

Modera Coral Springs is a luxury mixed-use apartment community with a south and north building. Both buildings will consist of eight floors with retail space on the ground level.

The south tower has been completed and features 351 spacious one, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.

The north tower will feature 353 spacious one, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with an estimated completion date in fall 2025.

At the bottom of the apartments, Coral Springs will enjoy fine dining, coffee shops, and retail experiences.

Hyatt Place

Hyatt Place is on pause. The hotel developer indicated that he had been unable to obtain financing and was going to put the property on the market. The CRA recently terminated the Tax Increment Financing Rebate for this component of the Cornerstone project as deadlines were not met. The city is actively working to attract a hotel to the downtown.
