Ileana Petrone Assistant Director of Budget & Strategy

Ileana Kyriakides is the Director of Budget and Sustainability. She is responsible for helping to build long-term financial stability through innovative, data-driven, and forward-thinking strategies that fulfill the city’s strategic plan.

Prior to working for the City of Coral Springs, Kyriakides spent 19 years at Nova Southeastern University where she served in various finance roles, including Payroll Business & Information System Manager, Senior Budget Analyst for the Health Professions Division, and Director of Finance & Administration for the College of Nursing.

Kyriakides holds numerous college degrees, all from Nova Southeastern University, including a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science in Information Systems.

In addition, Kyriakides served on the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Board for Flamingo Elementary for four years. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, visiting theme parks, and aspiring to (one day) own a GT500 Mustang.
