Coral Springs Visioning 2035 Impressions of the Future

As part of a community-wide visioning initiative, Vision 2035: Impressions on the Future, Coral Springs residents voiced their hopes and desires for the city's future. The results formulated the city’s Vision 2035 Plan to provide a long-term, aspirational, and flexible framework meant to serve as a blueprint for other city plans going forward. The plan will drive the city’s strategic planning process and future budget initiatives.

Visioning Survey

We believe everyone can and should have the ability to make an impression on the future of their community. In 2023, residents were asked to provide feedback via surveys, in-person focus groups, interactive stations at city events, and more. Surveys asked the question “What do you hope to see by 2035?” More than 2,000 responses were collected in the survey.

Visioning Summit

Held in January 2024, the interactive event brought together elected officials, city staff, residents, and local business owners. During the summit, participants formed small groups to review and analyze the survey results, which assisted in forming the city's Vision 2035 Plan. Thank you to all residents and business owners who took the opportunity to share their vision for our city's future.

The Visioning 2035 Plan is an outline that aims to provide a long-term, aspirational, and flexible framework and blueprint for the city's future. The plan is a driving factor in the city's strategic planning process and future budget initiatives.
