Panelists:

Jess Brancaccio - A Coral Springs resident and active member of the community, where she lives, works, and serves locally. She is Vice President of Development at Pirtle Construction, where she leads project development, strategic growth, and the pursuit of new opportunities across South and Central Florida. Recently promoted to Vice President, Jess is the first female executive in Pirtle’s 58-year history - a milestone that reflects both her leadership and the company’s continued evolution. In her role, she is focused on building the company’s next chapter while staying grounded in the relationships, values, and reputation that have defined Pirtle for more than five decades. With a deep understanding of business, development, and community, Jess brings a thoughtful perspective to leadership, responsible growth, and the future of Coral Springs.

Dr. Monique Rodriguez - A board-certified and licensed acupuncture physician and the founder of Five Element Wellness Center in Coral Springs and Weston. With more than 22 years of clinical experience, she combines Eastern and Western medicine to treat chronic pain, neurological disorders, sports injuries, weight management, and infertility. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, the Academy of Five Element Acupuncture, and Pacific College of Health and Sciences, Dr. Monique holds a doctorate specializing in pain management and neurological disorders. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Dr. Monique has called South Florida home for more than 33 years. She is a wife, mother of four, grandmother of two, and entrepreneur who is passionate about health, family, and her community.

Leandro “Leo” Figuereo - A Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Performance Title, Inc. and Chair of the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce. A relationship-driven business leader and community connector, Leo specializes in turning meaningful connections into partnerships, referrals, and business opportunities. With a focus on trust, consistency, and long-term relationships, Leo brings expertise in sales, marketing, networking, and community leadership, helping businesses build strong connections that drive sustainable growth.

Kevin Roth– Founder and CEO of Privacy Glass Solutions (PGS), a Florida-based manufacturer specializing in innovative privacy and specialty glass solutions for the healthcare, education, commercial, and hospitality markets. A growth-minded entrepreneur and manufacturing leader, Kevin brings more than 20 years of experience in the architectural glass industry, building businesses, developing people, and creating long-term industry partnerships. Originally from the UK, Kevin has grown PGS from a small operation into a 60-person U.S. manufacturing company serving customers across North America. Passionate about innovation, domestic manufacturing, and entrepreneurship, Kevin is focused on proving that innovative, high-quality manufacturing can be successfully built and grown in the United States.

Marcieli Pastorio– Founder and CEO of Maha Juice Bar, a health and wellness brand she built from the ground up with a mission to help people live healthier lives through real, wholesome food. Originally from Brazil, Marcieli immigrated to the United States and opened her first juice bar in Massachusetts in 2018. Through perseverance, faith, and hands-on experience, she has grown Maha into a multi-location and franchised brand, including its expansion into South Florida. Passionate about entrepreneurship, wellness, and personal growth, Marcieli is committed to sharing her journey and encouraging others to pursue their purpose with resilience, adaptability, and courage.
